
We understand that life happens — plans can change, and unexpected things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your photography session, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to someone else. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost, depending on the circumstances.
If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to find a new date that works for you at no extra charge, as long as the 24-hour window is respected.
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you're not completely happy with the final photos delivered, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your gallery. We’ll first try to resolve any concerns through edits or retouching. If you're still not satisfied, you're eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the nature of the issue.
